The Australian Association of Food Professionals Inc (AAFP) is an association of food professionals who have expertise in diverse food-related areas such as journalism, production, marketing, public relations, food science, nutrition, education, recipe development, food styling catering for restaurants and small businesses. The flagship event of the Australian Association of Food Professionals (formerly Food Media Club Australia), these national biennial Awards will be presented on 28 October 2010 and are the industry's highest accolades. On Thursday, 15 April, the Australian Association of Food Professionals will launch the ninth Awards program. A broad range of categories attract entries from food communicators around Australia, with food journalists, authors, photographers, stylists, producers, broadcasters, presenters, bloggers and advertisers submitting their work to be assessed by an experienced and eminent Australian and international judging panel.
